FEATURES: Newly developed machining circuts special for small hole drilling to ensure quick, stable & fine machining. Micro processor controller. Memory retains for 10 years. "FUZZY" system & simply input the machining current then all other machining parameters eill be set automatically. Built-in machining parameters for applications. Parameters may be adusted any time during machining. Spindle retract after depth reached. Auto zero set, fixed depth machining. 3 Axes D.R.O. included. Machining depth & coordinate display on the panel. Suitable for hard alloy, tungsten carbide, irrgular, sphercial & curved workpiece. Use pure water as working fluid for safety. SPINDLE: Special spindle design combined with DC servo motor and high precision electrode holder to ensure stable & accurate machining. An encoder equipped on Z-axis provides accurate Z axis positionong. Electrode Anti-Bend drvice. PUMP: Employs high pressure pump with automatic pressure relief function providing water drop free once pump stops. Equipped with outter pressure switch for convenient adjustment.
